Membership Summary

This option is used to record the membership details of an employee to an organisation or club.

Prerequisites

  • Membership Codes and Membership Levels need to be added before adding Membership Summary

Rules and Guidelines

  • When an employee is selected, any existing details are displayed.
  • Details of the membership can be recorded directly onto the table or drill down on the record.
  • Membership information can be reported on via Extractor.

 ESS Access   

  • Information entered on this window could be accessible to the employee when logging into Employee Self Service.
