Membership Summary
This option is used to record the membership details of an employee to an organisation or club.

Prerequisites
- Membership Codes and Membership Levels need to be added before adding Membership Summary
Rules and Guidelines
- When an employee is selected, any existing details are displayed.
- Details of the membership can be recorded directly onto the table or drill down on the record.
- Membership information can be reported on via Extractor.
ESS Access
- Information entered on this window could be accessible to the employee when logging into Employee Self Service.
Field Information
Membership code
This displays a 5-character code that represents the Membership Code.
Level Code
This displays the level of membership.
Date Joined
This records the date the membership commenced.
Expiry Date
This records the Expiry Date of the membership.
Comment
This displays additional comments about the membership.

Cost
This displays the cost of the membership.
